DECEMBER 6, 2024 - CHRISTMAS PJs PARTY With a
"Memories" theme a Christmas PJs Party had everyone
remembering their youth. A guessing game with
childhood pictures of "Who Are The Barnabas
Members?" plus delicious food,
fellowship, and singing Christmas carols meant a
good time was had by all. |

MARCH 10, 2023 - SPRING FLING BRUNCH
Instead of a brunch during the Sunday School hour,
members enjoyed a brunch on Friday morning in the
MAC. Those attending did not have to bring a
dish since our Food Service Director, Greg Thurman,
prepared a delicious brunch menu. Everyone
enjoyed the meal and the fellowship with other

CHRISTMAS PARTY-
Barnabas members and guests enjoyed a night of good
fellowship, good food, and good entertainment.
Again Gale Jerden and a host of
helpers did an outstanding job of planning,
decorating, and
producing a fun evening.

OCTOBER 14, 2022 -
TAILGATE SOCIAL in the MAC -
Members volunteered to decorate each table with a
sports theme and others brought sports displays.
A photo booth was set up for pictures, members told
sports related stories, and two "sportscasters" were
the emcees for the event. Videos played school and
spirit songs as well as sports photos supplied by
the members. Hamburgers, hot dogs, cookies,
and ice cream were served. Our own
cheerleaders performed, too. "Fellership" was
enjoyed by all. Gale Jerden and a host of
helpers did an outstanding job of planning and
producing a fun evening. |

Barnabas enjoyed the first FISH FRY social since the
pandemic. The social planners, Gayle Jerden
and Tom Oliver, led a team of decorators and
entertainers with the help of Greg Thurman and his
caterin crew to give Barnabas great food, fun,
fellowship. |

DECEMBER 3, 2021 - The 2021
Barnabas Christmas Social was held on Friday,
Dec. 3 at the MAC. Gayle Jerden and a host of
helpers outdid themselves in putting on a great time
of fellowship, entertainment, and of course good
food. This was the first social since
Christmas 2019. It was good to be together.
Clay Mobley, our own Contemporary Worship Leader,
provided an excellent evening of entertainment.
Door prizes for a lucky person at each table was a
highlight. A good time was had by all. |

December 6, 2019 - The 2019
Barnabas Christmas Social was held on Friday,
Dec. 6 at the MAC. A record attendance of 155 filled
the MAC with festive attire, the sounds of
laughter and conversation, the smells of good food,
and the Joy of the Season. The entertainer of
the evening was our own Mark Hill leading the
Christmas cheer with his usual energy and a special
"guest". As expected, Mark got the audience
involved to the delight of all. Door prizes and a
photo spot by the tree rounded out the evening
of fellowship and frivolity. Hats off to our Food
Service Director and his crew for a great meal. |
